Biography
Your attorney at the Law Office of Charles H. Huber Attorney At Law is Charles H. Huber. I graduated from the law school of the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1979.
I have been in private practice for over 27 years. I am a member of the Missouri State Bar Association and admitted to practice law in all State, County, and Municipal courts in the State of Missouri.
I am also a member of the Federal Bar of the Eastern District of Missouri. This allows me to practice in the Federal courts in the Eastern District of Missouri, and specifically, Bankruptcy Court.
In the past, I handled all kinds of cases. As my practice and client base grew, I was able to focus my attention on Bankruptcy and Traffic matters.
I still prepare Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney. I also do Name Changes, and handle Workers Compensation Claims.
